I haven’t posted here for a little while because I’ve been preoccupied with an intense change management project with a major client. This work has made me reflect on things. Like how the technology is secondary to the people, and the people seeing the value in changing their routines.
I’ve used this period as a catalyst to build up my thoughts on change management – what it is, how it differs to conventional project or behaviour change thinking, and how to deliver it well.
